Jeff Patton
Jeffrey H. Patton has 30 years experience as a pastor and 10 years as a consultant to churches. He has transformed four of his own congregations and is currently involved with many church plants in Pennsylvnia and New York.

Jeff leads seminars on church growth, worship, prayer, conflict management and equipping Jeff has published articles in the Contemporary Worship: A Sourcebook (Contemporary Worship in a Rural Setting) and Net Results (Multiple Services, Multiple Opportunities). Most recently Abingdon Press published his book, "God at the Crossroads, Four Movements of Transformational Worship”. In 2002 Abingdon published, “If It Could Happen Here", describing the transformation of the East Canton Congregation.
Jeff attended Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors in 1976. Jeff's advanced degrees include a Master of Divinity specializing in faith development and the mentally ill; a Masters in Pastoral Theology specializing in clergy divorce and burnout; P.H.D. Residency in "Pastoral Theology and Personality" specializing in narcissistic personality disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder; additional educational pursuits in marriage and family counseling, rape and incest survivors, grief and bereavement counseling, conflict in congregations, and strategies to transform congregational life.
Jeff has been married to Sandra Frymire for 22 years and together they have two children, Gregory and Michelle.
