EBA Coaching Clinics are very practical, interactive opportunities for Bill, Tom, and/or EBA associates to guide congregational and judicatory leaders to develop innovative programs and ministries. They often combine face-to-face and on-line interaction, and may follow on-site consultations through which "The Ministry Audit" or "Congregational Mission Assessment" has indicated specific leverage points for change.

Coaching clinics are customized to address the key leverage points or tactics that will help you transform or energize your church to a new level of mission.

• Is your congregation struggling with moving forward?
• Is your leadership team running out of steam, tired of facing roadblocks or setbacks?
• Are you looking for tools that will help bring increasing health and more effective ministry to your congregation?
• You don't have sufficient financial resources to bring a coach to your congregation for one day, let alone two or three.
• Yet you earnestly desire to move your congregation ahead for Christ?

Clinics bring a trained consultant from the EBA team to your area to offer insights and direction for effective ministry. They can help you discern mission, break through barriers, seize opportunities, and create synergy among leaders to reaffirm calling and redirect mission. The Coaching Clinic is a hybrid of the information-based seminars and intervention consultations that we do with local churches.

Teams submit key issues they wish to address a month in advance of the gathering. EBA customizes a packet of tools and resources for each event. Ongoing coaching with members of the EBA team continues for up to a year following the event through e-mail or telephone.

Cost:
$895 per church enables you to bring 5 to7 members of your leadership team;
$395 for the host congregation providing meeting space and refreshments during the breaks;
Food, travel, accommodation extra per person; 1 year internet listserve coaching free.
A $250 non-refundable deposit from each church required, with the balance paid within two weeks prior to the seminar.
