These seminars train pastors in the principles, strategies, motivations, and mission foci required to reverse decline and allow the church to grow missionally, spiritually, relationally, numerically, and financially.

Shifting Pastoral Leadership Roles in a Growing Church (Churches under 400 in Worship) with Tom Bandy
Minimum 10 Pastors with less than 400 in worship
Two days

Description:
The biggest challenge for turning around a church under 400 is for the pastor to redefine roles, reprioritize energies, and acquire new skills. The talents that grow a church to 300 are the very talents that work against you to grow a church over 400. This seminar is for pastors who are in the midst of turning around their church, or who are just beginning to plan turning around their church. Turn Around Pastor Seminar with Ministry Audit with Bill Easum

This course involves three days with Bill Easum, plus unlimited email with Bill on a private forum for as long as the person wishes. This seminar is for Pastors in the beginning stages of leading a church from dying to growing, or from traditional style to contemporary style. It is also intended for those who havenít yet started the turnaround, want to start, or are in the midst of planning to turn around their church. Each participant must complete a Ministry Audit on his or her church before attending. The seminar is open to any size church or denomination.

On Monday I had a great meeting with the 8 pastors you worked with in January for our Next Step (Turnaround) churches. We are meeting every month to share progress reports, pray, support each other, and share in mutual coaching about what is working. Trying to help each other not loose our nerve. It is a rich experience and they are doing great stuff! Dick Freeman and I share the facilitation, but we are handing off big chunks of it off to them.
