Bill Easum, Tom Bandy, and Bill Tenny-Brittian personally lead seminars for groups between 5 and 25 leaders. Topics are customized in conversation with the sponsor.

Many of these seminars are scheduled at the retreat center on Padres Island in Port Aransas, Texas (near Corpus Christi), and in other locations in North America. They are open to clergy, laity, and congregational teams. Registration may be limited. Cost may vary for each event. Location, accommodation, and transportation information is available for each event. Participants are responsible for personal travel and accommodation booking. Participants coming to Canada are reminded to carry appropriate identification for customs and immigration. Scheduled training seminars and summits are held every year.
