Bill Easum, Tom Bandy, or EBA associates can be engaged as personal coaches for individual leaders, the staff of a church, or a triad of Christian leaders. The cost can be customized around expectations for availability (face-to-face, phone, email, etc.) and the financial limitations of the church.

Ongoing Relationships with Churches

Bill Easum, Tom Bandy, or EBA associates can be placed on retainer by a local church or denominational agency. For a reasonable fee, Bill or Tom can be as close as email, phone, or fax. Their regular advice not only saves churches needless expenses, but also helps church leaders through unexpected challenges. The fee is negotiable based on the size of the church, the need for additional resource development, and whether or not a yearly visit is required.
