Off-site Coaching Seminar with Bill Tenny-Brittian

The Off-site Coaching Package with Bill Tenny-Brittian begins with you completing an online church assessment and then answering a series of introductory questions that would help me get an overview of both your needs and a more complete understanding of the church situation. Once I received that, you and I would have between a one and two hour telephone conversation to help us get better acquainted, to help me fill in the gaps of what I know about you and the church, and to do some initial coaching. By the end of that conversation, you would have developed a couple of specific and measurable goals to tackle during the following weeks. Then, for the next 11 months, you and I would have scheduled monthly hour-long coaching conversations. During each month’s conversation, we would review the results on the goals you set, discuss any issues that may have arisen during the previous month, and of course you would set additional goals. The session would also include a time for suggesting helpful resources, answering specific questions that you may have, and providing some mentoring as needed. In addition, you would have unlimited access to me via email, plus spot-phone calls as needed (up to another hour each month). The coaching package also includes a membership in the EBA Community that provides you with access to a wealth of resources, including the Advanced Leadership Forum, monitored with input from Easum, Bandy, and myself; multiple online coaching events; On Track e-zine; a subscription to Net Results (the nations oldest and most reliable church growth and evangelism magazine, of which I’m the senior editor); as well as monthly webinars and multiple live coaching events with Easum, Bandy, and myself. The off-site coaching package is $2500 per year.
