The Complete Offsite Coaching Package with Bill Easum

This package begins with you completing The Complete Ministry Audit and sending it to me and then answering by email any questions that will help clarify the material you sent me. I will then analyze the material and formulate recommendations and email them to you. Once you have read the report, you and I have between a one and two hour telephone conversation to help us get better acquainted, to help me fill in the gaps of what I know about you and the church, to share recommendations, get your reaction and suggestions, and do some initial coaching.

My goal is always to do no harm and to recommend no more than you feel confident with based on your knowledge of yourself and the congregation.

By the end of that conversation, you would have a series of specific and measurable goals to tackle over the next twelve months. Then, for the next 12 months, you and I have a scheduled monthly hour-long coaching conversation. During each month’s conversation, we review your progress on the recommendations and discuss any issues that may have arisen during the previous month. The session also includes a time for suggesting helpful resources, answering specific questions that you may have, and providing some mentoring as needed.

In addition, you would have unlimited access to me via email, plus short, spot-phone calls as needed (up to another hour each month). The coaching package also includes a membership in the EBA Community that provides you with access to a wealth of resources, including the Advanced Leadership Forum, monitored with input from Easum, Bandy, and myself; multiple online coaching events; On Track e-zine; a subscription to Net Results (the nations oldest and most reliable church growth and evangelism magazine); as well as monthly webinars and multiple live coaching events with Easum, Bandy, and myself. The off-site coaching package is $2,999 for the twelve month period.
