Below are descriptions of the three tracks. Click the colored icon beside the description that best fits your situation, and you will be taken to a consultation design that we can use to customize just the right process for your church. The "keywords" below each track title give you an idea of the kinds of issues and concerns most on the minds of leaders in these situations.

Track 1:
Keywords: Reverse decline, revitalize church, overcome obstacles

This track is for congregations or judicatories looking for expert intervention to help revitalize, restart, turn around, reorganize, or generally nudge established churches from declining status quo to thriving Christian mission. These are often churches with little mission urgency, low adult spiritual growth, and overburdened core leaders, who need to develop an intentional discipling process.

Track 2:
Keywords: Target programs, start new initiatives, seize opportunities

This track is for congregations, judicatories, congregational clusters and networks, and faith-based organizations looking for experienced partners to help them grow ministries, programs, participation, stewardship, and leadership. These are often churches needing to focus energies, grow resources, and expand accountability and trust, who need to broaden and embed core values among teams.

Track 3:
Keywords: Multiply missions, cross over cultures, create opportunities

This track is for congregations, alliances, networks, faith-based non-profits and corporations, mega-churches, and house-churches, looking for insightful companions for an extended journey of local, regional, and global mission. These are often churches needing to become sensitive to other cultures, network leaders, identify new partners, multiply mission sites, or ensure leadership succession.
