Consultations:
Easum, Bandy & Associates has a variety of consultants, and offer three choices for consultation tools. These tools provide a complete analysis of the attitudes, systems, programs, and leadership of the church. These tools are most effective in combination with demographic research from Missioninsite or other census information.
- The "Ministry Audit" is a comprehensive, program development process built upon 20 "growth principles" modeled in more than 500 congregations throughout North America. Recommendations help congregations initiate faithful ministry changes in key areas of congregational life and mission.
- The "Congregational Mission Assessment" is a comprehensive, systems discernment process built upon 11 sub-systems of thriving congregational life. Recommendations help congregational leaders discern strengths, weaknesses, and hidden corporate addictions that hold back faithful change.
- The "Vision Discernment Process" is a comprehensive, consultative experience that builds clarity and consensus around the congregational identity of core values, bedrock beliefs, motivating vision, and key mission. The timeline for large and small group discernment may take 3 to 9 months, and builds a foundation of trust for future innovation and deployment of mission teams.
It is possible to customize consultation strategies for the context of the congregation or cluster of congregations.
