The EBA team is available to answer requests for information on specific issues, or consult long distance over a period of time with a congregation or regional cluster. The most powerful consultations utilize exclusive access, online coaching, that allows the EBA team to guide leaders to overcome unexpected obstacles and perceive emerging opportunities. We design exclusive access listserves that automatically link your leaders and our consultants 24 hours a day for three to six months following an on-site consultation. This allows your leaders to access our consultants to interpret recommendations, coach through obstacles, or provide additional encouragement or support. Judicatory leaders or other specialists can be incorporated into the listserve at the client congregation’s request.
