Critical Milestones in Church Planting

The following are what Jim Griffith of Griffith Coaching suggests as the critical milestones in a church plant. All of these should show progress within 12-18 months after the public launch. If not, it's crisis time:
  - Ability to add numbers to the initial group of people
  - Financial ownership leading to self-sufficiency
  - "Essential" ministries in place, that lead to "disciples," and not church members
  - "Perceived" progress by outside observers
  - Certainty of Leadership
  - Proper Adjustments in Strategy to reach Mission Field
