This is one of the easiest movie making or altering free programs available. All you do is import a movie and you can put words over the movie. You can shorten or stretch the movie. You can add other movies or portions, or pictures.  You can add transitions.  All of it is drag and click.  To download it, go to search.microsoft.com/search/results.aspx

You will then have to execute the setup.
