(Jossey-Bass) is truly a gem. I give it four stars. One of the best books I've read on actually making the transition to team based ministries. The diagram on page 183 alone is worth the price of the book. The authors give detailed, step-by-step suggestions for transition based on what they have personally seen work during their consultations. You can't go wrong buying this book.
