I have served in urban, suburban, rural, and town settings as an associate, solo and senior pastor; have planted a congregation; have served as an Associate Regional Minister in the Pacific Northwest; and now as Area Minister with responsibility for over ninety congregations in twenty-seven counties of Missouri. Since last January, we have been stream-lining our Area ministries to support congregational “transformation” systemically through coaching and consulting.
