The Secret to Growing a Church Under Two Hundred in Worship

I’m going to let the cat out of the bag right off the bat. Every small church or church plant I’ve ever seen grow is the result of one thing - a pastor and lay people who have one-on-one conversations with people that lead to their conversion or participation in their church.

Now let’s define a small church - any church under 200 in worship.  That’s 85 percent of all churches in the U.S.

Just consider what would happen in your church if single handily someone brought in fifty new people next year. This seminar is about what you would have to change in order for this to happen.

So, I want you to visualize your church two or three times its present worship size. If you are the pastor, what would you have to change – stop doing and start doing? If you are a lay person, what would you have to change - stop doing and start doing? What attitudes would both of you have to change? Discovering the answers to these questions is what this seminar is all about.
