I wanted to write and express my appreciation to you for Put On Your Own Oxygen Mask First. ....For some time I have harbored the feeling that there must be more to ministry than maintaining the status quo. I have grown tired of predictable and programmed worship, struggles and frustrations to find volunteers, petty bickering, and a choking out of the Holy Spirit.
