EBA models the faithful, streamlined, adaptive, mission-focused organization that it teaches to Christian leaders.
The Senior Partners of Easum, Bandy & Associates, Inc. function as a board and management team, in addition to their own consulting, coaching, and teaching roles. Support staff share mission development and coordinate calendars, resources, and finances.
Mission is accomplished through a "Covenant of Association", in which free agents have the power to discern, design, implement, and evaluate mission independently within the boundaries of our core vision, mission, values, and beliefs. Associates are invited to join EBA within the following expectations:
Associate Commitments
- Trained & certified in our two consultation tools
- Ready to creatively team together in mission
- Available for regional EBA "Convergences"
- Return 20% from contracts to EBA
EBA Commitments
- Extend liability insurance to cover their work
- Refer contracts and inquiries to their attention
- Market their expertise to the public
- Provide opportunities for publishing
Associates function as free agents who may devote as much time as circumstance and calling demand to the mission of EBA. Every member of EBA has the power to discern, design, implement, and evaluate the mission of the organization within the boundaries of our vision, mission, and core values and beliefs.
EBA does not necessarily endorse, by the presence of our partners and associates in a program role, the various policies, practices, dogmas or ideologies of event sponsors or consultation clients.
